Your NDIS Order
If you wish to place an order for yourself or on behalf of a participant using NDIS funding, choose the items you want to order from the website and add them to your shopping cart.
Depending on how your NDIS funds are managed, there are three ways you can purchase.
Self-managed
Proceed to the checkout and enter all your details including your name and address.
Make your payment using one of the approved payment methods. We will automatically email you a copy of the receipted with all necessary details so you can submit your claim to the NDIS. Please enter a valid email address with your order to ensure you receive your receipt.
Plan Managed
At checkout, choose the NDIS payment option and place your order. This will allow you to complete your order without payment.
Once the order is complete you will receive an order confirmation.
Next, email the following details to info@mybuddyboo.au with the subject line 'NDIS':
Order name and order number
Participant name
Participant number
Participant's date of birth
Plan Manager name and email contact details
This will ensure we can process your order and get Boo out to you as quickly as possible.
Once we have all the details we submit an invoice to your Plan Manager for payment. Boo will be shipped once paid by your Plan Manager. Should the Plan Manager let you know of any issues, please email us as soon as possible.
NDIA Managed
At checkout, choose the NDIS payment option and place your order. This will allow you to complete your order without payment.
Once the order is complete you will receive an order confirmation.
Next, email the following details to info@mybuddyboo.au with the subject line 'NDIS':
Order name and order number
Participant name
Participant number
Participant's date of birth
Please confirm your are NDIA-managed in your email
This will ensure we can process your order and get Boo out to you as quickly as possible.
Once we have all your details we will submit a claim through the NDIS portal and ship Boo as soon as this is paid.
